Are these authentic antique rings or reproductions?

This means we create brand-new settings using modern casting techniques to ensure structural integrity, while often setting them with authentic antique diamonds (like Old Mine or European cuts) to capture the true soul of the era. This gives you the best of both worlds: vintage charm and modern durability.

Can I wear a vintage-style ring every day?

Absolutely. One of the biggest risks with buying actual antiques is that the metal can be brittle or worn thin after 100+ years. Because our pieces are “modern-made,” they are built to withstand the wear and tear of today’s active lifestyle, making them perfect for daily wear or engagement rings.

What are Old Mine and European Cut diamonds?

These are authentic antique diamond cuts from the 18th and 19th centuries. Unlike modern machine-cut diamonds which are designed for maximum brilliance (sparkle), these hand-cut stones were designed to glow in candlelight. They have a softer, romantic appearance with larger facets and distinctive “open culets” that modern cuts do not possess.

Can I use an heirloom diamond I already own?

Yes, we love resetting family heirlooms. If you have a diamond from a grandmother or a loose stone you’ve held onto, we can design a vintage-inspired setting that honors its history. We will inspect your stone to ensure it is safe for setting before we begin the design process.

Can I customize the metal color?
