The Diamond Room Offers a 30-Day 100% Money Back Guarantee on all Stock pieces that were not modified (including sizing and stone setting).
We want to be your jeweler for life, and that means making sure you’re thrilled with each and every diamond, gemstone and piece of jewelry you buy from us.
Any and all stock jewelry (finished, ready-to-go pieces on our showroom shelves, unmodified) is returned within 30 days of purchase in “like new” condition, with no damage or evidence of servicing or repair, in the original packaging in “like new”
condition as well.
Custom work, loose diamonds, including natural/mined diamonds, lab grown diamonds, moissanite, and any other gemstones shown loose, are non-refundable. If we can, we will certainly try and help work something out if this comes up. Exchanges and store credits are at times available.
All returns and refund requests must be sent to info@diamondrooms.com with the subject line: Return Request #InvoiceNumber
Please include the Invoice attached to the email as well as your contact information.
Refunds take up to 21 business days.
Under no circumstance will the process be rushed, or our policies circumvented.
We recommend sending return packages fully insured with signature confirmation, or scheduling a time to stop by our showrooms in Austin or Dallas. We are not responsible for the package until it is received and signed for at one of our offices.
