Daniel and his team were so helpful throughout the whole process of designing my dream ring with my now fiance and I! They are so talented and truly such an inspiring team. Will be using them for all our diamond needs!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Working with Matt is hands down the way to go. I got a ring for my fiancée and it was honestly the best experience. He walks you through everything. Most importantly, it’s private. It was just us and him. This is the kind of experience your wife wants when she’s picking out rings. No pressure, no rush, just you two, drinks in hand, looking at diamonds and trying on rings. She’s going to take pics and tell her girlfriends…and they’ll be jealous that they didn’t get this experience. You might as well get the horse and the shining armor now. If you want a top-tier experience without all the typical jewelry-store nonsense, Matt’s your guy. And no…it’s not crazy expensive. I actually saved money by going to Matt instead of other popular jewelry stores in the area.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fabulous service from Daniel and everyone at the Diamond Room. Daniel, fellow U. T. Austin Alum, was extremely patient with me as we chose the perfect pendant and clasp. Would highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs. Hook’em horns!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great customer service!! Purchased multiple pieces and they haven’t missed!! Definitely recommendPosted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Every meaningful piece of jewelry (engagement rings, wedding bands, diamond studs) and high end watch servicing for me in the last 12 years has gone through Matt and his team at Austin Diamond Room. And for good reason. I had previously had the pressured, false advertising, pushy sales of engagement ring stores and purposefully sought out something different. The ambience. The comfort. The 1v1 attention. I may not have been spending a huge sum of money the first visit, but the private client experience really sold me on Austin Diamond Room. Being able to have the space and time to scrutinize diamonds and settings with a glass of scotch, a trusted advisor and no pressure completely changes the experience for the better. And as a result, I have driven across Texas (or ordered via phone) a dozen times to always shop with Matt and his team and will continue to do so. It has always been worth the time to have that level of service and experience which is always paired with great value and integrity.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. So glad I bought my fiances engagement ring from here! Lori is awesome, went through every type of cut and size, figured out what she loves, and then sent a 3D model to fix any flaws and make it perfect! Ring came out amazing, and in a really good time period! Highly recommend the Diamond Room.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had such a great experience here. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helped me find exactly what I wanted without any pressure. Loved the tennis bracelet that I purchased for my wife’s birthday. The selection is great and the quality is outstanding. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The Diamond Room is probably the best place to look for wedding rings or jewlerry I've every been. The experience was wonderful. We worked with Daniel who was super accommodating and did a great job helping me find the perfect engagement ring, and they even were able to customise my wife's wedding band to match the engagement ring. Great experience all round.
